General Terms and Conditions

We provide academic consulting and research mentorship, and we never write on the researcher's behalf under any circumstances, out of our commitment to the principles of empowerment and scientific integrity, with academic responsibility for the content remaining with the researcher. Our work is divided into two tracks:

Knowledge and advisory scope: focused on Shariah, educational, humanities, historical, and social sciences.

Methodological and technical support services: supporting services that cut across the various academic disciplines and are not limited to a specific scope, including advanced statistical data analysis, academic translation, language proofreading, and formatting in accordance with publication standards.

We begin with a short, free consultation to understand your situation and guide you, then we define the scope of work with you and set it out in the request and the invoice. Execution begins once the request is approved and the first payment is made. The Office relies on its in-house team and a select group of specialized experts and academics to carry out the work, and all deliverables are subject to the Office's strict internal quality-control and review standards to ensure their quality before being delivered to you through your account on the platform.

The price given by the calculator is a preliminary, non-binding estimate; the final price is agreed upon with you before starting and is fixed in the request and the invoice. The invoice remains open until its payments are completed, and lengthy work is split across smaller invoices. Workshops, however, are paid for directly upon registration.

What is approved is what is written in the request and the invoice. Anything requested beyond it is priced separately, and any change after starting requires written approval and an amendment to the invoice.

You are entitled to one round of review within the written scope, within 14 days of receipt; anything beyond that is agreed upon separately.

We commit to delivering work that matches the scope of work agreed upon as stated in the invoice. If the delivered work does not conform to the written scope, we commit to correcting it at no charge. If correction is not possible, we refund the full value of the non-conforming service, provided this is requested within the specified review period (14 days).

You are entitled to a full refund if cancellation occurs before execution of the service begins. In the event of cancellation after execution has begun, the cost is calculated in proportion to the volume of work actually completed, and the remaining amount is refunded. Any fees paid to third parties (such as journal publication fees) are excluded from refunds.

Delivery timelines are set in the request and begin from our receipt of all required materials in full and the first payment, and the timeline is extended in proportion to any delay by the researcher. We strive to respond to your inquiries through our official channels within 24 business hours. The chat is an automated reply and does not constitute a commitment by the Office.

The researcher is responsible for the accuracy of the data and files they provide, their right to provide them, the attribution of the work to themselves, and compliance with the regulations of their academic institution.

Unauthorized access to our systems, uploading malicious files, or using the website in violation of applicable regulations is prohibited, and the Office may take the appropriate legal action against any abusive use.

The content of your research and work belongs to you. The website, its content, and our templates and tools belong to the Office and may not be exploited commercially without permission.

Academic work is by its nature characterized by a multiplicity of viewpoints and its ongoing openness to criticism and evaluation. Accordingly, the Office exercises the utmost professional care in preparing and reviewing the work in accordance with the adopted standards; however, this does not represent a definitive guarantee of the work's acceptance, approval, or passing the review committees of universities and scientific journals, as that is subject to their independent judgment, and scientific responsibility for the content and its results remains with the researcher.

We may update these Terms, and the update does not apply to an existing request except with your consent.
